For its 1st edition, BWATER invites you to PAS Berlin, an art space & event venue, located on the banks of the River Spree, in the Alt-Moabit district.
The festival welcomes hybrid animated short films, with a view to promoting creative freedom, enabling independent filmmakers to show their work and raising public awareness of new cinematographic forms.
